- Listing details: for owners, the vehicle information, prices, photos, and contact details you publish.
- Inquiry details: when you contact a provider, the name, phone, WhatsApp, email, and dates you submit.
- Basic usage data: pages viewed and listing view counts, used to show popularity and improve the service.
2. How we use it
- To run the marketplace — show listings, connect renters with providers, and manage your account.
- To pass your inquiry to the relevant provider so they can respond to you directly.
- To review listings for accuracy and safety before they go live.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not process rental payments, so we never see card or bank details. Favorites you save are kept in your browser, not on our servers.
4. Sharing
When you send an inquiry, the contact and trip details you provide are shared with that provider so they can reply — that is the whole point of the inquiry. We may share data with service providers who host or operate the platform on our behalf, and where the law requires it.
5. Retention
We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data; some records may be kept where the law requires.
6. Your choices
- You can view and edit your listings and profile from your dashboard.
- You can clear saved favorites at any time from your browser.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
7. Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and access to owner and admin areas requires authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
