1. What Car Rent Phuket is

We are a listings platform and comparison engine. Every rental agreement, booking condition, deposit, and payment is arranged directly between the renter and the provider. Car Rent Phuket is not a party to that agreement and is not a rental company, broker, or insurer.

2. Accounts

You need a free account to save cars, send inquiries, or list a vehicle. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Listing a vehicle

If you list a car, you confirm that you have the legal right to rent it out and that the details, prices, photos, and conditions you provide are accurate. Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly, and we may decline, edit, pause, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or misleading.

• You set your own prices, deposit, and rental conditions.
• You are responsible for your vehicle's roadworthiness, insurance, registration, and legal compliance.
• You handle bookings, deposits, handovers, and disputes directly with renters.

4. Renting a vehicle

When you contact a provider through Car Rent Phuket, you deal with them directly. Read each listing's conditions carefully — minimum age, licence requirements, insurance excess, deposit, and delivery terms are set by the provider. You are responsible for holding a valid licence and driving within local law.

5. No payments through the platform

Car Rent Phuket does not process rental payments or hold deposits. Any money changes hands directly between you and the other party. We are not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, fraudulent, or misleading listings or inquiries.
• Do not use the platform for anything unlawful or to harass other users.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell listing data without permission.

7. Liability

Car Rent Phuket provides the platform “as is.” Because rentals happen directly between renters and providers, we are not liable for the condition of any vehicle, the conduct of any user, accidents, losses, or disputes arising from a rental. Local safety regulations and driving rules always apply.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Car Rent Phuket after an update means you accept the revised terms.
